Job Duties
- Greet every guest in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and guest areas
- Accurately process purchases, refunds, discounts, and payments
- Provide thoughtful recommendations and upsell products
- Educate guests about coffee varieties, beverages, and merchandise
- Use POS systems and handle all equipment properly
