The Capital One Cafe in Victor, NY, located at 202 Eastview Mall, is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team as Baristas. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, making it adaptable for a variety of schedules. Applicants with previous barista experience will find it beneficial, but the company is also willing to train individuals who demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a strong willingness to learn. As a Barista at Capital One Cafe, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a friendly, courteous manner to provide an outstanding cafe experience. Tasks include taking orders accurately, handling payments efficiently through the POS system, replenishing supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of workstations and equipment. The role also requires you to present menu items knowledgeably and assist customers in the decision-making process.
