Reporting to Food Service Supervisors and Managers, the Barista plays a crucial role in preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following shop standards. This position requires attention to detail, dedication to maintaining cleanliness, and a commitment to food safety and quality standards. The Barista contributes actively to creating a memorable experience for every guest through the SSA EXTRA Guest Service approach, ensuring that all service standards – including quick service, safety, merchandising, and availability – are consistently met. The role involves performing opening and closing duties, maintaining equipment, and supporting operational needs efficiently.
