Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Pass 90-day probationary period
- Ability to stand for 6 hours or more per shift
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to bend, stoop or kneel
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Use hand dexterity for writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, shaking
- Ability to clean and restock work areas
- Must attend occasional meetings at corporate office in Pacific WA
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow company protocols
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Ability to communicate with confidence, transparency, and integrity
- Maintain a positive and pleasant attitude to boost workplace morale
- Ability to listen and follow instructions, take critical feedback
- Basic computer skills to operate POS and handle technology
- Willingness to work in a high-energy, fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Availability to work peak hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food handlers card
- Passion for coffee and customer service
Job Duties
- Educate customers on BigFoot Java's beverage menus and take orders
- Greet all customers as they arrive
- Perform day-to-day operations of the coffee stand including employee duties for shift/role
- Keep the bar area and stand clean
- Report any maintenance needs
- Maintain quality control of products during shift and customer exchanges
- Handle cash and operate POS system
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Complete financial reporting per shift according to company protocol
- Work individually or with team to deliver consistent quality to customers
- Solve customer challenges with excellent service
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
- Participate respectfully with co-workers and management
- Maintain positive staff morale
- Ensure excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
- Stay knowledgeable about products
- Consistently prepare excellent quality beverages efficiently
