Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Flexibility to work shifts up to 10 hours including early mornings and late nights
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to follow food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Engage customers by greeting them with a smile and making genuine connections
- Educate customers about the menu and help them discover new favorites
- Embody Dutch Bros values by radiating kindness and maintaining a positive attitude
- Work efficiently to craft high-quality drinks while keeping up with a fast-paced environment
- Show up on time, communicate availability, and be ready to work at the start of each shift
- Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to food safety standards
- Assist in lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 65 pounds as needed
