Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a coffee house or similar role preferred
- ability to work starting at 5:30 am
- capable of handling cash transactions
- pass background check
- pass drug screening
- legal eligibility to work
Job Qualifications
- prior coffee house or barista experience preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate POS systems
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation
- ability to work early morning shifts
- reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- prepare coffee and other beverages accurately
- prepare grab and go food items
- process transactions including cash, credit card and room charges in POS system
- complete all sidework and opening and closing duties
- handle all paperwork associated with closing cashier duties
- maintain knowledge of property and local events to answer guest inquiries
- provide exceptional guest service
