We are currently seeking a part-time barista to join our dynamic team. As a barista at Clawson Cafe, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to a high standard, ensuring every cup delights our customers. Your role will involve building rapport with customers, actively listening to their preferences, and delivering fast, tailored service that meets their needs. Operational excellence is critical; you will execute all procedures promptly and in accordance with the cafe’s standards, safety regulations, and health codes. Operating a POS system and cash register efficiently, alongside coffee and espresso brewing equipment, forms a significant part of your daily tasks. The approximate pay range for this position is $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, reflecting a competitive rate for part-time baristas in the region. This range is a good faith estimate and final compensation will be determined based on your background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and the geographic location of the position.
