At Brookshire Grocery Company, the Coffee Barista position plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by preparing, brewing, and serving coffee and related beverages within the stores. The position involves preparing a variety of hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, and teas by carefully following recipes and preparation techniques. Maintaining stock levels, monitoring product quality including appearance and storage temperature, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment are fundamental responsibilities.

This role demands excellent customer interaction skills, as providing friendly and service-oriented engagement with customers is essential. Baristas greet customers, answer questions, and take orders through various channels, including in-person and phone orders. The position requires operating equipment safely and effectively, such as espresso machines, coffee grinders, and commercial ovens, demonstrating a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
