Job Qualifications

Friendly and outgoing personality
Customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to follow proper perishable inventory procedures
Motivated to learn and grow within the company
Ability to operate coffee equipment and POS systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Make lasting connections with customers
Prepare coffee products including a variety of hot and cold drinks and some breakfast foods
Fill and rotate cases and displays including lifting up to 50 lbs
Help maintain a clean and sanitary store environment
Uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage Standards
Collaborate with the team on tasks to support an excellent department
Arrive promptly and work as scheduled as part of a dedicated team
