Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, cash handling and safety
- Engage with and understand customers by discovering and responding to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks during each shift
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Job Duties

- Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner morale and communicating them
- Deliver legendary customer service by connecting with customers and responding to their needs
- Follow operational policies for cash handling, safety, and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipes and standards
