Job Requirements

  • Must be TABC and Texas Food Handlers Certified or able to be Certified by start date
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a highly active service setting
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Passion for the coffee environment
  • Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and high occupancy special event days
  • Willingness to work full-time or part-time hours depending on business forecasted

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of barista service experience preferred but not necessary
  • ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a highly active service setting

Job Duties

  • Make quality coffee and beverages
  • handle cash and bank drawer procedures
  • stock items and prepare daily ingredient orders
  • engage with guests and provide excellent customer service
  • communicate low inventory items to manager
  • understand and uphold beverage standards
  • use upselling techniques to increase sales
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas and present a professional image
