The position is part-time with competitive compensation that includes a base pay ranging from $16.90 to $25.00 per hour plus tips. As a team member, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the shop by preparing drinks, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. You will be the face of our brand, providing friendly and efficient customer service to create a warm and enjoyable environment for all visitors. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekend nights and weekday mornings from 11 am to 3 pm. Candidates who have prior experience in beverage preparation or customer service are preferred, although we are willing to train passionate individuals with the right attitude.
