Job Requirements
- Have a positive and supportive attitude toward the Catholic Church, her teachings, and her work
- refrain from public promotion or approval of any conduct or lifestyle that would cause scandal or discredit the parish or contradict Catholic doctrine
- exceptional customer service skills
- ability to engage customers with joy and hospitality
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a productive and collaborative member of team
- mission and service-oriented mindset
- ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions
- previous food handling or restaurant experience a plus
- previous barista experience a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or hospitality
- knowledge of Catholic doctrine and practices preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic food handling or barista experience is a plus
