Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Handle cash register operations using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accurate cash handling and transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide outstanding customer service
- Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures during beverage preparation and serving
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Support food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals, adhering to health regulations
