We are currently seeking a fun, energetic, and driven individual to join our team as a barista. As a barista at Neon Tiger Coffee, you will be at the forefront of customer experience, handling beverage preparation, cash register operations, and maintaining cleanliness in the café area. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for coffee and hospitality, with prior experience in barista duties or food service being preferred. The ideal candidate should be familiar with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, Square, or Toast POS, demonstrating proficiency in cash handling and transaction accuracy. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as you will be assisting guests with menu selections, responding to inquiries about products, and providing personalized service that enhances their visit.

Safety and hygiene are top priorities at Neon Tiger Coffee, so strict adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures are a must. Additionally, the role includes some light food preparation, such as assembling snacks or light meals, which requires attention to detail and compliance with health regulations.

This position offers a competitive pay range of $13.00 to $17.00 per hour. The work environment is in-person, providing an immersive experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
