Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to stand, walk, reach, turn, grasp for extended periods
Ability to operate equipment such as scanners, registers, telephones, intercoms, box cutters, and coffee machines
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Availability to work as part of a team and follow scheduled shifts
Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Friendly and outgoing personality
Customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of food safety practices preferred
Ability to operate coffee equipment and point of sale systems
Motivated to grow their career and continue learning
Understanding of perishable inventory procedures
Ability to monitor and record temperature sensitive food items
Ability to execute food and beverage processes including replenishment, stocking, zoning, data accuracy, rotation, cleaning, and backstock

Job Duties

Make lasting connections with customers
Prepare coffee products including a variety of hot and cold drinks and some breakfast foods
Fill and rotate cases and displays, may involve heavy lifting up to 50lbs
Help maintain a clean and sanitary store environment
Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards
Work collaboratively with the team on all tasks necessary to ensure an excellent department
Arrive promptly for shifts and work as scheduled
