Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • ability to work mornings and mid-day shifts
  • must work one day on the weekend
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle cash accurately
  • adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • willingness to learn and follow company procedures
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • ownership of reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Greet and connect with each customer
  • welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products
  • maintain speed of service standards during high volume periods by staying calm
  • suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise
  • solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
  • manage cash drawer by following established cash handling proceedings
  • serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
  • utilize downtime to prepare for the next rush
  • deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery
  • operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
  • work one day on the weekend
  • follow all opening, midday, and closing procedures
  • demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability
  • optimize workflow efficiency by restocking work stations, food, supplies, and merchandise
  • demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
  • perform all other duties assigned by management
