Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related work experience
- previous experience in customer service role preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- valid/good-standing drivers license may be required
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- preferred high school diploma or equivalent
- may require valid/good-standing drivers license
- previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- take orders accurately and efficiently
- recommend beverages based on customer preferences
- address questions or concerns promptly and courteously
- collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
- communicate clearly during busy shifts
- participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed
- maintain clean, organized work areas, counters, and equipment
- follow all health and safety guidelines
- restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- prepare coffee and tea beverages to Starbucks standards
- follow established recipes to ensure quality and consistency
- operate coffee machines and related equipment
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
