Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Ability to operate café or food service equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash register and POS systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to follow recipes and operational standards

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest in a friendly, sincere, and enthusiastic manner

  • Educate guests about coffee varieties, beverages, pastries, and merchandise
  • Use POS systems, credit card equipment, and drive-thru headsets efficiently
  • Count register till honestly before and after shifts
  • Dispose of garbage and maintain cleanliness in guest and team areas
