Job Requirements
- Be real by greeting guests in a friendly and sincere manner
- Be passionate to exceed guest expectations
- Safely operate all café equipment
- Resolve guest concerns courteously
- Communicate respectfully with guests and team members
- Accurately process payments and handle cash
- Follow safety practices including proper use of equipment
- Count register till before and after shifts honestly
- Provide product recommendations and upselling
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Monitor equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Dispose of garbage promptly
- Use POS and related equipment efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to operate café or food service equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash register and POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude and team player
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow recipes and operational standards
Job Duties
- Greet every guest in a friendly, sincere, and enthusiastic manner
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food safely
- Resolve guest concerns courteously and seek management support when necessary
- Communicate openly and respectfully with guests and team members
- Accurately process purchases, refunds, coupons, discounts, and payments
- Follow workplace safety practices and handle equipment properly
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free workspaces
- Provide thoughtful product recommendations and upsell
- Educate guests about coffee varieties, beverages, pastries, and merchandise
- Use POS systems, credit card equipment, and drive-thru headsets efficiently
- Count register till honestly before and after shifts
- Dispose of garbage and maintain cleanliness in guest and team areas
