The Barista at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® is responsible for curating memorable coffee and tea experiences for guests every day. As a Barista, you will be supported with thorough training to deepen your expertise and will have the opportunity to develop a variety of skills that facilitate growth within the company—many General Managers began their careers as Baristas. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest service, sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices, generating new guests, and contributing to a safe and organized store environment.
