Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience with cashier and POS systems
- experience in coffee bar or brewing equipment preferred
- capability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- experience working in a fast-paced environment
- previous experience as a barista or server
- basic math proficiency
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to lift, bend, walk, climb stairs, and stand for duration of shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier and POS experience is preferred
- previous coffee bar and brewing equipment experience is a plus
- ability to manage multiple orders and work in a fast-paced environment
- previous work experience as a barista or server
- basic math skills and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 30lbs, bending, walking, stair climbing, and standing for scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- follow recipe standards to prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks
- customize specialty drinks as requested
- serve food and baked goods including sandwiches, muffins, or bagels
- adhere to all state and local food production, safety, and sanitation regulations
- operate POS to complete orders, accept cash and charge payments
- keep supplies replenished, restock coolers, and take inventory
- clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes, designated work, and service areas
- remain focused on customer satisfaction through excellent service to guests, clients, and team members
- listen well and communicate in a professional and friendly manner
- be efficient and organized
- perform other duties as assigned
