Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold
- Availability to work flexible schedules
- Willingness to work in a noisy environment
- Commitment to safety protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and tea
- Ability to engage warmly with guests

Job Duties
- Be a warm host and guide guests through their coffee experience providing exceptional guest service throughout
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Become a coffee and tea expert through training and passion
- Generate new guests and build loyal customers
- Care about safety ensuring a safe, healthy environment for employees and guests
- Contribute by maintaining store tidiness and organizing stock
- Take initiative with tasks and ideas to contribute to overall success
