Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work full-time hours including early morning shifts
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to follow food safety guidelines
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in quick service restaurants, coffee or tea shops, or fast casual restaurant concepts
  • Ability to work morning shifts beginning at 3:00 a.m.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
  • Receive payment from the customer and process change
  • Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests
  • Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
  • Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
  • Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
  • Other duties as assigned
