Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage quality, cash handling, and safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs

- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Craft beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Engage with customers to meet their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain store safety, security and operating standards
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Prepare food items according to store guidelines
- Multitask and perform various duties throughout each shift
- Build relationships with customers and team members
