Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers including responding to their needs through effective communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Duties

- Provide quality beverages and food products following standard recipes and special customer requests

- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and security
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
