Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other repetitive motions
  • Compliance with safety and health standards
  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Greet and serve guests warmly throughout their coffee experience
  • Prepare high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
  • Share knowledge about coffee, tea, and sustainability practices with guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Promote safety and health protocols for employees and guests
  • Generate new guest engagement and build customer loyalty
  • Take initiative to improve store operations and contribute ideas for success
