Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other repetitive motions
- Compliance with safety and health standards
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Passion for coffee and tea
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests warmly throughout their coffee experience
- Prepare high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Share knowledge about coffee, tea, and sustainability practices with guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Promote safety and health protocols for employees and guests
- Generate new guest engagement and build customer loyalty
- Take initiative to improve store operations and contribute ideas for success
