The Barista position at Sodexo, based at Dillard University, is a full-time role offering an hourly wage of $15.00. Physical demands of the job include the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, sometimes over eight hours, as well as the capability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally. The role involves handling cash transactions, maintaining inventory control systems, and ensuring food preparation and sanitation standards are strictly followed.
