Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work Thursday through Monday mornings from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- willingness to complete a comprehensive tea course
- strong service orientation
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic food handling knowledge
- good physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
- willingness to learn about tea and coffee
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work morning shifts Thursday through Monday
- passion for delivering high-quality service
- ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea and coffee beverages
- complete comprehensive tea training course
- maintain high standards of guest service
- manage and enhance the guest experience
- ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas
- handle customer inquiries and orders with professionalism
- assist with daily opening and closing tasks
