Friendly and engaging personality/demeanor

Passion for coffee
Willingness to learn and ability to learn quickly

Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
Standing for long periods of time, bending, stretching, and extensive use of hand dexterity
Successful completion of criminal background check required post-offer

Job Duties

Greeting customers with a smile and engaging with them
Receiving customer orders and servicing them to the best of your ability
Creating enthusiasm for quality coffee
Approaching the serving of coffee as an art form to be continually developed and only served if you are proud of it
Handling transactions including cash
Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment
Contributing to a positive team environment
Following all policies and procedures of Parisi Artisan Coffee
Participating in continual training
Treating customers, team members, and others with utmost kindness and respect
Other duties as assigned from time to time
