The full-time Barista position within Saint Luke's System Office is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and interacting with people. This role is crucial in preparing a variety of iced and hot beverages following customer orders and established recipes. Beyond beverage preparation, the Barista engages customers with friendly, individualized attention and educates them about a broad range of offerings, including pastries, coffees, kombucha, gelato, and teas. The Barista also demonstrates a professional demeanor reflecting the values and standards of Saint Luke's, contributing to the vision of being "The Best Place to Get Care. This position operates on a schedule of 40 hours per week during weekday mornings and early afternoons, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding weekends and holidays, allowing for a balanced work-life routine. Employees in this role are expected to be proactive, flexible, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and alongside a team. The role is physically active, requiring the Barista to be on their feet throughout the day.
