Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • ability to stand for six or more hours per shift
  • capacity for repetitive motions
  • ability to bend, stoop, or kneel
  • capable of lifting up to 30 pounds
  • use of hand dexterity for tasks such as writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, and shaking
  • ability to clean and restock work areas
  • ability to empty trash and sanitize equipment and utensils

Job Duties

  • Educate customers on beverage menus and take orders
  • greet all customers as they arrive
  • perform daily coffee stand operations and employee duties
  • keep the bar area and stand clean
  • report any maintenance needs
  • maintain product quality control
  • handle cash and operate POS system
  • comply with health and safety regulations
  • complete financial reporting per shift
  • work independently or as part of a team providing consistent quality
  • solve customer challenges with excellent service
  • communicate customer feedback and recommend menu items
  • participate respectfully with co-workers and management
  • maintain positive staff morale
  • ensure excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
  • stay knowledgeable about products
  • prepare high-quality beverages consistently
