We are currently seeking a skilled Barista to join our dynamic coffee shop team within The Don CeSar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of expertly crafted coffee beverages including espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos. This position requires creating visually appealing drinks with latte art, engaging warmly with guests to take orders, recommend products, and upsell additional items such as pastries or merchandise. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment is essential, as is strict adherence to health and safety guidelines to ensure product freshness and quality.
