Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barista or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to engage positively with customers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Prior cash handling experience

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos
- Engage with customers taking their orders and providing personalized recommendations
- Create latte art ensuring drinks are beautifully presented
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including coffee machines and equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of coffee products
- Upsell additional items such as pastries, snacks, or merchandise
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued
