- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current Idaho Food Handlers Card or must obtain within 90 days of hire
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills required

Job Duties
- Prepares food and beverages as requested by customer including customizations such as temperature quantity of ingredients or substitution of ingredients
- Supports customer throughput by creating fast and efficient retail transactions
- Provides high quality products and service for all customers by adhering to food or drink recipes and following all handling guidelines including health safety and sanitation
- Ensures appearance of work environment is maintained in a clean and orderly manner
- Engages with customers through pleasant friendly and clear communication
- Anticipates customer needs by continuously evaluating the surrounding environment and customer mannerisms and responding to customer needs
- Operates point of sale system and cash handling for retail transactions with guests
- Contributes to a positive team environment through reinforcing successful performance and providing supportive coaching
- Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures within the field
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
