Job Requirements

Availability for the hours of 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Flexible scheduling to accommodate school or work schedules
Willingness to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 16 years old

Job Qualifications

Previous barista or food service experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Duties

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions
Maintain cleanliness of the Coffeehouse
Follow health, safety, and food-handling guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
