We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our vibrant team. As a Barista at Scooter's Coffee, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position involves preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards. You'll be the friendly face greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring everyone leaves happy. Baristas will operate the point-of-sale system to handle cash and card transactions efficiently and maintain the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the Coffeehouse. Working collaboratively with team members is key to smooth daily operations, and following health, safety, and food-handling guidelines is essential to maintain the high standards our customers expect. This role is ideal for individuals who love coffee, enjoy interaction with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Our work schedule requires availability between 5:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with flexible scheduling to accommodate school or work commitments, and weekend and holiday shifts on a rotating basis.
