As a Barista with Sodexo at the Mattel Inc. UPA location in El Segundo, you will play an instrumental role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and coworkers by crafting premium beverages and ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time position comes with a competitive pay rate of $25.00 per hour and requires flexibility with varying shifts, although open availability is preferred. Your responsibilities as a Barista will involve greeting customers warmly, accurately taking orders, preparing and serving an array of hot and cold drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, chai, and fruit blends, as well as managing transactions efficiently through cash registers. In addition to beverage preparation, you will maintain the cleanliness of coffee machines, service areas, and restrooms to uphold sanitation protocols and provide a pleasant environment.
