Job Requirements

- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to a healthy and safe work environment
- No previous work experience required but preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales and operate cash registers handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines and maintain cleanliness of restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
