The role of Part-Time Barista at Live Nation Entertainment offers an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team passionate about hospitality and live entertainment. The barista role involves much more than beverage creation; it also entails maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, engaging customers proactively, and contributing creatively to menu development.
As a Part-Time Barista, you will engage directly with customers to create memorable experiences, consistently crafting beverages that meet exacting standards. Your duties will include refilling cold brew kegs, assisting with setup and cleanup, and supporting inventory and stock management. The environment is fast-paced and ever-evolving, making flexibility and a proactive approach essential traits for success. - Prior barista or bartending experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards
- proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience
- refill cold brew kegs as needed
- maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the coffee bar
- assist with setup, cleanup, inventory and stock work
- contribute creative ideas for new menu items, drink art, unique beverage presentations, and seasonal specialty offerings
- participate in local product sourcing and collaborate with the team to enhance our coffee bar’s offerings
- always adhere to proper safety guidelines
- on occasion work overtime for special events
- assist with a variety of duties and tasks as directed
- show care by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling
- assist with back of house zero waste initiatives as outlined by the venue sustainability manager
