Brewistas report directly to their stand manager and play a crucial role in executing the company’s mission daily. Brewistas are responsible for preparing all drinks and premixed flavors, efficiently taking and processing orders, maintaining cleanliness and stock in their workspace, and consistently demonstrating kindness and respect.

The position offers flexible full-time and part-time employment opportunities, ideal for individuals who thrive on personal interaction, enjoy working in a vibrant setting, and have a passion for coffee culture. Expected shifts range from 4 to 7 hours, including day, night, and weekend shifts, emphasizing adaptability and a team-oriented mindset. Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips, rewarding exceptional service and dedication. As a Brewista, you will be trained to know the menu inside out, allowing you to assist customers in selecting and customizing their drinks based on their preferences, ensuring a personalized experience every time. Your role demands urgency in serving customers while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude – all while multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment. Building personal connections through genuine smiles, open body language, and attentive listening is a vital part of the experience, turning occasional visitors into regular patrons.
