Job Requirements

  • no education required
  • able to stand walk and lift up to 30 pounds frequently
  • ability to communicate professionally and listen well
  • ability to focus on customer satisfaction
  • willingness to follow safety procedures
  • ability to be efficient and organized
  • flexibility in schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • leadership experience or willingness to lead a team
  • basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management
  • ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Duties

  • ensure the Ziggi's standards of service are always in place including exceptional customer service and excellent drink and food quality
  • maintain great and consistent communication with staff managers and store owner
  • lead by example have strong initiative and adhere to all Ziggi's Coffee policies and procedures
  • make sure staff correctly follow all policies and procedures
  • ensure registers are always stocked and balance change drawer at the end of each shift
  • train new employees and provide continued training support and coaching for existing staff
  • address customer complaints in the absence of managers and relay incidents to General and Assistant Managers
