The role of Barista (Part-Time) in Bolingbrook, IL, offers a competitive wage of $15 per hour plus tips, along with paid training, meal and drink discounts, and an optional 401(k) plan. The work schedule requires open availability, including weekday mornings, making it unsuitable for high school students at this time due to scheduling demands.

As a Barista at Scooter's Coffee, you will play a vital role in daily operations, providing high-quality service to each customer. Your responsibilities will include opening and closing duties, greeting customers, taking orders, and preparing beverages and food items in line with established standards. Ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to food handling procedures is critical to maintaining store standards and customer safety.
