We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Barista to join our vibrant food and beverage team. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and consistency of our coffee and beverage offerings, which form a significant part of our guest experience. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of beverages, including espresso-based drinks, matcha, and teas, adhering strictly to our standard operating procedures. Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to balance speed with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every cup served meets our high standards.

As a Barista at El Encanto, you will play a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service. Your expertise in dialing and tasting espresso, as well as creating intricate latte art, will contribute to the aesthetic and sensory appeal of our beverage offerings. Moreover, you will collaborate effectively with servers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, adhering to health and safety regulations, and performing opening and closing duties are integral to the position.

This is a part-time role, with working hours primarily on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The compensation for this position is competitive, offering $19.27 per hour.
