The role of Backstage Barista within Live Nation Entertainment is crucial in enhancing artist hospitality and backstage experience. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality coffee service to artists, touring crews, and VIP personnel in a backstage setting. The Backstage Barista must operate in a fast-paced, often loud and dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and exceptional customer service. The role requires preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks, setting up and maintaining a clean and well-stocked coffee station, and ensuring that beverage presentation meets the highest hospitality standards. Additionally, inventory monitoring and timely communication of restocking needs to management are essential responsibilities. This role demands flexibility with working hours, including early, late, and extended shifts, and requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift or move up to 30 pounds.
