Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work 25-30 hours per week including weekends
- Availability for shifts ranging 4 to 10 hours within business hours
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to maintain composure during busy periods
- Willingness to learn and participate in training

Job Duties
- Make thoughtful, high-quality drinks and food consistently
- Maintain a clean, calm, and efficient workspace even when busy
- Create genuine, friendly connections with every guest
- Support the shop’s daily flow and team efforts
- Use a POS system accurately and follow cash handling procedures
- Show up on time and contribute positive energy
- Participate in paid training and ongoing learning
