We are currently seeking a part-time barista to join our crew. This role is not just a job but an opportunity to become part of our team culture and contribute to the overall experience in the shop. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, is serious about crafting quality coffee, and thrives on creating warm, genuine connections with every customer. The barista will be responsible for consistently making thoughtful, high-quality drinks and food, maintaining a calm and efficient workspace, and supporting daily shop operations. This position requires someone who can operate a POS system accurately, follow cash handling procedures, and bring positive energy to every shift.

This part-time position offers 25 to 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling within our business hours of 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Saturday, and 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Sundays. The base pay starts at $12 per hour plus tips, with an average total of $15 to $16 per hour once fully onboarded, which includes a $3 to $4 hourly tip range. During the initial 90 days of onboarding, the base pay is $11 per hour plus tips. We offer paid training to ensure every team member is confident and proficient in their role. This role requires weekend availability and the ability to handle shifts that vary from 4 to 10 hours.
