Job Requirements
- Basic education level or equivalent
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers
- Ability to prepare food and beverages as per recipes and customize orders
- Flexibility to perform multiple tasks within store shifts

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products following standard and customized recipes
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Perform cash handling and ensure store safety and security
- Prepare food and beverages to meet Starbucks’ standards and customer preferences
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support smooth operations
