We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Beverage Specialist to join our team. This role operates under general supervision and is pivotal in the preparation and service of specialty drinks, including coffee beverages and pastries, while ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient transaction processing. The Beverage Specialist will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverage orders following established recipes and standards, assisting guests in product selection to enhance their experience, and maintaining the outlet's cleanliness and organization according to safety and sanitary standards.

This position requires excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, an ability to handle cash and operate an electronic cash register system, and a high degree of physical mobility to manage standing and walking for extended shifts, typically lasting 8 to 12 hours. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in money-handling and basic math skills crucial for managing sales transactions accurately.

The role demands adherence to company policies and procedures, particularly those outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures manual, to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Additionally, the Beverage Specialist must be comfortable working in diverse environmental conditions that include varying noise levels, lighting, air quality concerns such as dust and secondhand smoke, and crowded or vibration-prone spaces. Professional appearance and demeanor are required at all times, reflecting the company’s image and values.

Candidates typically acquire the necessary skills and abilities through at least six months of relevant on-the-job training or experience. The position also emphasizes punctuality and reliability, given the importance of regular attendance in maintaining seamless service operations.
