Job Duties
- Performing shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages and food items in accordance with established service standards
- Cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the store standards
- Ensuring that proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stocking and replenishing food, beverages and utensils as needed
- Ensuring consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory
- Communicating shortages as necessary
- Efficiently serving customers by being knowledgeable about offerings
- Assisting with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockrooms, coordinating vendors
- Researching and resolving quality and service complaints and/or issues
- Receiving, unloading and distributing deliveries
- Participating in occasional sign waving shifts
- Performing other duties as assigned
