The Social Chico is currently seeking a part-time Barista to join their team, a role that combines craft, customer service, and operational responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.90 to $17.00, with work schedules primarily during afternoons and evenings on varying days. As a Barista at Sodexo, individuals are not just making coffee; they are enhancing customer experiences by crafting high-quality and hand-crafted beverages like coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks. The role also requires interaction with customers through greeting, taking orders, and operating the cash register to handle multiple payment types. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all service and preparation areas is essential to the role.

While no previous experience is mandatory, it is preferred, and some locations may require Starbucks Barista certification.
