Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with service standards
- Clean, sanitize and maintain store cleanliness
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
- Maintain adequate inventory and communicate shortages
- Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
- Research and resolve quality and service complaints or issues
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries
- Perform additional duties as assigned
