We are currently seeking enthusiastic and amazing individuals to join our team as Baristas. This role is perfect for those who bring a smile and a great attitude every day, enjoy meeting new people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The primary focus of this position is to serve amazing drinks amazingly fast while maintaining a fun and energetic atmosphere. Prior coffee experience is not required, as the company provides paid, hands-on training to teach everything needed about coffee preparation. The job offers early morning shifts starting as early as 5:15 AM, with shifts lasting between 4 to 6 hours, ensuring a work schedule that can fit into various lifestyles. Employees in this role receive cash tips at the end of every shift, a free drink while on shift, and discounted beverages and food items off shift. The hourly wage ranges from $10.00 to $11.00 plus tips, with eligibility for a wage increase after an evaluation period.
