The role of Barista at Saint Luke's is more than just preparing beverages; it is about creating memorable customer experiences by serving a variety of hot and iced drinks according to customer preferences and standardized recipes. Job Duties

  • prepare a variety of iced and hot beverages following customer orders and standard recipes
  • serve all products with friendly and individualized attention towards each customer
  • educate customers about product offerings including pastries, coffees, kombucha, gelato, and teas
  • fulfill additional duties assigned by the management team
  • represent Saint Luke's in a professional manner
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
