We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista to join our team at Market One, a vibrant coffee and beverage outlet located inside the hotel lobby. The Barista plays a key role in shaping our guests' experiences by providing high-quality beverage service with a warm and inviting atmosphere. This role requires preparing a variety of coffee and specialty drinks according to established menu standards and ensuring that Market One remains a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities to work independently. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.34, with shifts generally starting between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM and closing duties extending to approximately midnight depending on hotel business levels.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or barista role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
- Must work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work overnight shifts preferred
